Yes. Every member of our team—whether an RMT, OT, or Acupuncturist—is a registered professional in good standing with their respective provincial college or association. You receive the same high standard of regulated care you would find in a traditional clinic.
No. Whether it’s a massage table for a physical treatment, specific tools for Occupational Therapy, your practitioner brings everything required for a professional session. All we need is a clear space to set up (roughly the size of a twin bed for table-based services) and if preferred, a comfy chair or bed for Acupuncture.
No. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive for the Halifax Regional Municipality. The price you see during booking is exactly what you pay—no hidden "mobile" surcharges or travel fees.
Absolutely. We believe wellness should be accessible to everyone. Our practitioners are trained to adapt to your needs. If a traditional massage table isn't accessible for you, we can provide treatments while you are in a chair, a wheelchair, or even in bed. During your initial assessment, we will discuss your comfort and mobility to ensure the safest and most effective setup for your treatment.
Seamlessly. We offer direct billing for most major Canadian insurance providers (including Blue Cross, Canada Life, and Manulife). We process the claim directly, just as a traditional clinic would.
